  2. We respond – Our employees will return your call by the end of the work day.
  3. Say it…Do it – Yes, it’s true…Many folks don’t do what they say. When we set a deadline or make a commitment, we stand behind it. Problem comes up? We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
  4. Follow through – Ever had a person or company tell you that they’re going to complete a project or take care of an issue and then fall short without explanation? Well NCS finds that unacceptable. When we say something, we follow through! Just read our Motto: “We want to WOW our customers, Vendors and Associates by going far beyond what is expected!”
  5. Guarantee – We stand behind our services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, we’ll credit you the amount of the search and will work with you on a better solution.
  6. Customization – Need something unique? Let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
  7. Relationships Matter – We make working with NCS easy…Sometimes too easy. NCS offers a robust Internet-based system. Some service companies find that it’s easy to lose that personal touch with customers, but not at NCS. We make periodic calls to check on you and to review your account. If he’s in your area, don’t be surprised if you receive a call from the President of the company to take you out to lunch.

We’re only as good as the people we work with. NCS is fortunate to work with some outstanding people who work hard behind the scenes to help us provide our customers with outstanding results and technology. We require each of our vendors to treat us the way we treat our customers. If not, we’ll find a new vendor. It’s as simple as that.

If you are a potential vendor reading this, please pay close attention to the previous paragraph. Also, don’t be surprised if the President of the company comes by your office. We like to put names with faces and look forward to building better relationships.
